After initially ‘losing’ the GA lottery and continuous begging with the damn staff, a good friend helped me into the ellipse. Thank you. For my final Vertigo Tour show, I was able to enjoy what it was like in this elite circle. A bit of ‘In a Little While’ during Still Haven’t Found. A bit of ‘Walk On’ during Beautiful Day. And Bono sings the ‘we’ll shine like stars’ verse during With or Without You. Bono brings a young girl on stage during Sunday Bloody Sunday and sits her down on his monitor at the front of the main stage. Like a dad guiding a daughter, he tries to get her to sing the ‘no more’ shout, but she doesn’t sing along. Undeterred, Bono later gives the girl his COEXIST headband.
