Location: Rail, e-stage, South-side
For night six of eight in New York, I made it to the south-side, along the rail. A very good spot by my estimation if you are away from the roving camera arm. It was another memorable night with Amp getting up on stage for ‘Mysterious Ways’ and Ignacio invited up to play Angel of Harlem. Another huge highlight was hearing the first performance of Two Hearts Beat As One, which hasn’t made an appearance since December 27 1989 (Dublin, Ireland). Oddest moment of the evening was Bono reluctant to sing ‘One’ and insisting the audience close out the show. The repeated attempts and stop-and-go due to the lack of synchronicity clearly irked Bono!
